Lynda McClement LMT/ NMT AKA “The Healing Doctress” is a Holistic Health Practioner. She has been in many aspects of alternative health for over twenty-five years. She started in the beauty end by teaching spa treatments, writing spa menus and opening day spas across the nation. After being the Spa Director of The Four Season Hotel in NYC she decided she wanted to get more into addressing bio mechanical distortions, pain and emotional distress. She co-owned Integrated Wellness Center of Northern Jersey with a group of bio-mechanical practicing doctors for over a decade. The methods she mostly practices are St. John Method of Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT), Dr. Upledger’s Craniosacral Therapy (CST), The Vodder Method of Lymph Drainage, reflexology, Eve Taylor’s Aromatherapy, meditation, nutrition, herbology, and journaling. She strongly believes in the Laws of the Universe and mindfulness. Lynda has two beautiful daughters that have been raised without antibiotics or any other medicine. They are extremely healthy and a great example of keeping the immune system strong and if needed relying on God’s gifts (Organic whole plants & herbs) to promote healing.
